- Using sharp scissors, carefully cut along the outline you’ve drawn.
4. Stick:
- Peel off the protective paper from the back of the Vibram sheet and press it onto the shoe sole.
5. Press firmly:
- Use your hand to press down firmly to ensure that the Vibram sheet adheres well to the shoe sole.
6. Trim (if necessary):
- If there is any excess material, trim it neatly with scissors.
7. Press more tape (if necessary):
- For any areas that are hard to stick, you can use additional tape to hold them in place.
