Care for and support Agents while also facilitating cooperation between Agents, Distributors, and Manufacturers to strengthen relationships.
Protect Agents from market fluctuations by providing maximum support.
Safeguard our Agents' customers and ensure a fair and equitable distribution system.
Work with Agents to expand the market and increase their distribution channels.

PERIODIC PURCHASE DISCOUNT:
• Based on the annual committed sales, the Agent will participate in the discount program on purchase sales exclusively for agents.
• This DISCOUNT policy is independent and is conducted in parallel with other business support or promotion programs from the Manufacturer/Distributor for the Agent.

PRICE POLICY, PRICE PROTECTION
Purchase price
• Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, Agents will enjoy the price policy for the corresponding agent level.
• The price policy is built to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for Agents in the market.
• In case the Manufacturer/Distributor reduces the selling price, Agents are protected for the price of the same type of goods according to the correct quantity of goods, imported goods codes in the Agent's warehouse, verified within 30 days from the date of the price reduction announcement.
• In case the Manufacturer/Distributor increases the selling price, Agents are notified at least 30 days in advance to have a suitable import policy
Customer protection for Agents
• Agents are encouraged to expand the market to increase the number of customers and to become large exclusive agents distributing in planned areas in the system.
• In case retail customers contact the Distributor directly, the Distributor will introduce them to the Dealer in the area where the customer resides.

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
• After the two parties sign the Distribution Contract, the Agent will be included in the Distributor's preferential list and enjoy the Distributor's agent policies.

SUPPORT POLICY
PR - Marketing support
• Agents are supported with catalogs, leaflets, banners, ... according to the programs of the Distributor and ALMA Group. Information about the Agent will be advertised with the Distributor on the mass media and website of Cleanco.com.vn
• Agents are allowed to participate in all promotional and sales promotion programs of the Manufacturer/Distributor.
• Agents are granted certificates as official agents of the Manufacturer and Distributor.
• Agents are updated with information about prices, information about goods, products, policies of the company and distributor, marketing programs, sales promotion documents.
Technical support and solutions
• Agents are provided with technical support via phone, direct technical support on-site when requested as well as the manufacturer's technical training program.
• Agents are trained and coached according to the program, according to the Agent level corresponding to each product line, technology and sales knowledge according to the Manufacturer/Distributor's program when there is a program.

Exchange goods
• Within 7 days from the date of invoice issuance, Agents will be able to exchange new goods if the product is determined to be the fault of the Manufacturer. In case there are no more goods to exchange, the Distributor will provide maximum support to Agents to resolve the problem in the best way.
Return of goods
• In case the goods and prices are not in accordance with the purchase agreement, Agents have the right to return the goods to the Distributor. Return of goods is made within 7 days from the date of invoice issuance and signing of goods handover minutes.
Samples for display and testing
• Agents will be able to borrow samples for display and testing for new product lines launched on the market or when the Agent opens a new business location. Please contact the Distributor directly in advance when the Agent has a need.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENTS
• Agents self-manage the area registered with the Distributor, self-expand customer development and market development.
• Proactively build a strong sales network to supply their products in healthy forms and activities, demonstrating professionalism.
• Agents expanding branches at new locations will receive maximum support from the Manufacturer/Distributor and at the same time receive maximum protection throughout the system according to the first principle, Agents build their own development plan and notify the location they want to develop to the Manufacturer/Distributor to be protected throughout the system to avoid unfair competition between Agents.
• Proactively plan their own business, customer development plan, plan to bring products to consumers in the area they have registered to be in charge of or at the new development location they have registered to protect from the.
• Manufacturer/Distributor. Support the Company/Distributor when there are promotional and advertising programs taking place at your business location.
• Do not trade products of unknown origin. If you are an exclusive distributor, do not trade similar products of other brands.
• The price for the end customer is guaranteed to be equivalent to the suggested retail price of the distributor. (No dumping)
