Wren's is a prestigious British brand, founded in 1889 in Northampton under the name William Wren. The Spanish subsidiary AVEL HISPANIA markets its products in Spanish-speaking countries and Latin America. AVEL's acquisition policy has given the company access to global brands, including brands that date back to 1872.

Tacco, founded in 1952, started out as a shoe manufacturer and branched out into insoles in 1957. After the founding family retired in 2011, the Débé company was acquired by the Timmermans and Loonen families. In 2018, Débé became part of the ALMA F.R.C group, and in 2020, Tacco International was acquired. With over 65 years of experience in insoles, shoe care and shoe accessories, Tacco now has a production facility in Deurne (Antwerp), Belgium and its products are distributed globally under the Débé brand as well as its own brands.
